Maternity locum available in Hull| £85p/h
Dream Medical is working in conjunction with a number a surgery on the outskirts of Hull looking to recruit a locum GP for an ongoing locum rota cover.
Working out of modern premises, the successful candidate will have previous experience working with the clinical system SystmOne (training available)
** Deal with queries, both over the telephone and in person
** Make professional and autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems whether these are self-referred or referred from other health care workers within the organisation
**Assess the health care needs of patients who have undifferentiated or undiagnosed problems
**Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness
**Consult with patients in line with current practice disease management protocols to develop care plans for health
** Provide counselling and health education
** £85p/h – To commence in August
** Good location – Modern premises
** Efficient and supportive team
** Full time Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
